No exchanges, No refunds are accepted in my shop. All sales are final.

Shipping Charges
When you make a purchase you are agreeing to pay ALL shipping charges including reshipment of an order, i.e. when the incorrect shipping address is entered during checkout, for lost mail, and for damaged products during shipping.
You are agreeing to being responsible for paying the costs of shipping and reshipment of lost mail or damaged product during shipping, both to and from StickyMonster.
Damaged Items
If you received a damaged product, please email me immediately.
Missing Items
If you are missing an item, please check to see if you have received a refund for the item. We automatically refund any out of stock items before shipment. If you do not see a refund, please email me immediately for assistance.
